DataEasy MCP server

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex call tools. With the DataEasy MCP server you can ask questions like "which channels made the most money last month?" and get answers computed from your real analytics.

Endpoint

A remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP at https://dataeasy.app/api/mcp. It answers JSON-RPC requests with plain JSON (no streaming needed) and is authenticated with a personal access token (de_pat_…) from Account settings → API & MCP. Give the token the analytics:read permission (and payments:read for get_payments) and pick the websites the assistant may see. Website API keys (de_live_…) are not accepted here.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http dataeasy https://dataeasy.app/api/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN"

Cursor

.cursor/mcp.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "dataeasy": {
      "url": "https://dataeasy.app/api/mcp",
      "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_TOKEN" }
    }
  }
}

Tools

ToolWhat it returns
list_websitesWebsites the token can read (id, domain, timezone, currency). Call it first.
get_overviewVisitors, sessions, pageviews, bounce rate, revenue, customers, conversion rate and % change.
get_timeseriesThe same metrics per hour, day, week or month (optionally with the previous period).
get_breakdownTop referrers, channels, campaigns, pages, entry_pages, countries, regions, cities, browsers, os, devices or goals.
get_realtimeVisitors right now, per-minute visitors for the last 30 minutes and top countries.
get_paymentsRecent payments with amount, source, country and time to convert.
get_funnelFunnel step counts and conversion between steps.

Every tool takes an optional websiteId, period (today … all, default last30d), timezone, offset and filters (the same filters as the REST API, e.g. { "country": "US" }). Tools are read-only.

Test it with curl

curl https://dataeasy.app/api/mcp \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/call","params":{"name":"list_websites","arguments":{}}}'
