• Webflow: Site settings → Custom code → Head code, then publish.
• Framer: Site settings → General → Custom code → End of <head> tag, then publish.

Already using GTM? Create a Custom HTML tag with the code below and fire it on All Pages. GTM strips unknown attributes from script tags, so the script is created with JavaScript:
