Terms of Service for DataEasy

These terms govern your use of DataEasy (https://dataeasy.app), a web analytics service operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address] ("DataEasy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use DataEasy on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these terms.
1. The service
DataEasy lets you add a tracking script to your websites and see visitors, traffic sources, pages, goals, funnels and, when you connect a payment provider, the revenue attributed to each channel. Features and limits depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account, including actions by team members you invite. Tell us promptly at ravasini.aziendale@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Trial, plans and payment
- New accounts may start with a free trial. At the end of the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep using the dashboard.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your next renewal.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.
4. Usage and plan limits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of events (pageviews, goals and payments recorded across all your websites). When you approach or exceed it, we will notify you and may ask you to move to a plan that fits your usage. If you enable the option to pause tracking at the limit, events above the allowance are not recorded until the next billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- track websites you don't own or aren't authorised to measure;
- use DataEasy to collect sensitive data or to identify individual visitors without a lawful basis;
- send fake or automated traffic, overload the service, or try to bypass limits or security measures;
- resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.
6. Your data
You keep all rights to the data collected on your websites. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. You are the controller of your visitors' data and are responsible for informing them and, where required, obtaining their consent before the script sets cookies.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep DataEasy available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Analytics are estimates: ad blockers, privacy settings and network conditions mean some visits are never recorded. We may improve, change or retire features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, after notice when practical. After closure, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or in the app before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use DataEasy after that date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law jurisdiction], and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
